Dahlia obtained her Law Degree from the University of the West Indies and her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad.
Dahlia practices before the High Court and the Court of Appeal and has been involved in several high end commercial litigation. Some of the notable cases in which she has been involved include: Platinum Trading Management Limited v Craig Reeves (CA); Gigi Osco-Bingeman et al v John Paul de Joria (HC and CA); Hotel de Health (Caribbean) Inc. v Ronald Webster et al (CA); Surfside Trading Limited v Joe Brice et al (HC).
