Current Practice Information:
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons.) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies. She is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica.
Elizabeth joined the Daniel, Brantley & Associates team in August 2005. Her practice areas include Banking & Finance, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Company Law and Corporate Law. Her client base consists of numerous international banks and corporations whom she advises on various banking, commercial, financial and securitization matters.
She has also been a part of several notable litigation teams before the High Court and Court of Appeal, including The Nevis Island Administration v. La Copropriete Du Navire J31 et al (HC and CA); The Attorney General of St. Kitts & Nevis & Anor. v Queensway Trustees Limited (HC and CA); Richard Rowe & Mark Secrist (as Representatitve Claimants) v Administrative Services Ltd. et al (HC and CA).
