Current Information:

Maurisha qualified as a lawyer in 2009 and joined the team at Daniel Brantley & Associates in November 2009. She obtained her law degree from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados and her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.

Maurisha is zealous about the areas of Corporate Law, Offshore Trusts, Real Property Law & Succession. She believes that dedication, efficiency and effective time management skills will enable her to perform effectively at all times in dealing with her clients affairs successfully.

Awards: The Michael Bryan Clarke Memorial Prize, 2008, Norman Manley Law School (for 1st year NMLS student with (i) “A” grade in Criminal Practice and Procedure (ii) supporting grades in the Law of Evidence (iii) good  performance in Trial Advocacy and (iv) involvement in co-curricular activities); The Jamaica Public Service Ltd Scholarship, 1999 – 2002 (for excellent performance in CXC & O’Level Examinations).
