Current Information:

Midge obtained her Law Degree (LLB) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados and her Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Norman Manley Law School, Mona Campus, Jamaica. In January 2010, she joined Daniel, Brantley & Associates after practicing as an Associate for over three (3) years at the law firm of Myrna R. Walwyn & Associates (MRWA).

She has a passion for Family Law and practiced extensively in that area whilst working at MRWA. She has brought that aspect of her practice to Daniel, Brantley & Associates. In addition to Family Law, she also has experience and practices in a wide range of matters, including, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Company Law, Commercial and Offshore Trust Services, Succession, Probate and Administration of Estates, Real Property Law, Contract and Insurance.

Midge appears before the three tiers of the court system in our jurisdiction, that is, the Magistrate, High Court and the Court of Appeal. A few notable matters in which she has been involved in at the highest level include: Platinum Trading Management Limited v Craig Reeves (CA) and Fitzroy Warner v. Hotel Equity Fund (CA).
