Gyan is an associate at Daniel Brantley having joined the firm in April 2014. His practice focuses on trusts, real estate, conveyancing, probate and company law. He previously worked at the law office of John L. Jackson & Co. in Jamaica. Gyan is particularly versed in international law, foreign governmental relations and governmental structures likewise best business practices for corporations.

Gyan is one of the primary contact persons for intellectual property matters at the firm assisting with the registering and renewing of trademarks and other matters relating thereto likewise rendering general advice to clients in this area of law.

Gyan obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Relations with a minor in Political Science from the University of the West Indies.

While at the NMLS, Gyan was very involved in student activities as he was an active member of the NMLS Student Association, as an Executive Member in the capacity of Sports Representative.

We guide clients in drafting their Last Will and Testament, Trust Deeds, and can offer legal advice on estate management and planning. We are abreast of the most recent Laws governing testamentary succession being equipped to assist clients in applying to the St. Christopher and Nevis High Court for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration to administer the deceases Estate within the Federation. As it relates to wealth management, we guide clients through the various asset protection options available to them as we help tailor products to suit their needs likewise explore various investment options available in the Federation.
