Kristian joined Daniel Brantley in November 2025, bringing over eight years of cross-jurisdictional experience to the firm. His practice covers both contentious and non‑contentious matters, shaped by a career in commercial, regulatory & compliance, and public prosecution, across Nevis, the British Virgin Islands, and Jamaica. Kristian has advised a diverse client base which includes financial institutions, private & publicly listed corporate groups, boards, trustees, private clients, government, and law enforcement agencies. He has appeared and argued matters at various levels of the court system.

Prior to joining Daniel Brantley, Kristian served in a regional capacity at a leading global trust and corporate services group. In this role, he provided legal and regulatory advice on data governance and information security across multiple jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands, the BVI, Panama, Barbados, the Bahamas and Anguilla.

Kristian’s public sector experience includes prosecuting a wide range of matters, including financial crime matters in the BVI, as well as serving as a Clerk of the Courts for the Government of Jamaica, where he prosecuted both summary and indictable matters and provided training to law enforcement.

Kristian holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons) from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. He is admitted to practice in Jamaica and in Saint Christopher and Nevis.
